Description:Through years of training through this bloodline the members able to use it have adapted a state of being that unlocks their full potential for a short time. The way this works is that through one post of preperation without speaking they stop breathing momentarilly (three seconds real time) and meld their blood tract with their chakra tract causing them to be able to use jutsu with half of the normal chakra cost. Another benefit is that with each jutsu used in this state, that can only last two to three posts deppending on expierence with it, is that blood from the user is shot into the surrounding air about ten meters, but there is so much in such small sizes that it is hard to see even with a sharingan eye.

Description:THis jutsu thrives off of the blood rush jutsu seeing as all of the particles of blood of the user becomes sharp tiny senbon able of digging as far as six inches into skin through anbu type armor. They have to be attracted to teh blood of an enemy though. If there is no blood spilled besides the user's they will all fly back at the source.
